The NFL Brotherhood

The mystical bond of brotherhood makes all men brothers. I’ve often found that Brotherhood is a difficult concept to put into words. It’s just something you have to experience to understand. Our NFL Brotherhood is the bonding of men of various backgrounds, beliefs, and places, around a singular set of a life-directing commitment to football and is based on our shared commitment.

Above all things let us never forget that our bonding constituted one great brotherhood.

I ask you, “What do you want out of life?” and what are we willing to struggle and settle for? You can only avoid CTE for so long before it comes roaring back into your life. What we get out of life is not determined by good feelings we desire but by what bad feelings we’re willing to sustain.
